Perfect for wastewater and slurry applications with features to protect the unit from these demanding applications. Large diameter 316 SS diaphragm seal is non-clogging and damage resistant to floating solids.
The MBLT Miniature Submersible Level Transmitter is only 0.63″ in diameter making it ideal for level monitoring in well and borehole applications. Constructed for years of trouble free service, the MBLT has a welded 316 SS body and 316 SS nose cap. Body top is also 316 SS and tapered to prevent damage or snares when pulling the unit out of the installation. Featured in the MBLT is a precision ±0.10% or ±0.25% of full scale accuracy output, better than BFSL or BSL rated outputs used by most competitors. Lightning and surge protection (not guaranteed or covered by standard warranty) is included standard to stand up in harsh applications. MBLT comes with a choice of polyether polyurethane or ETFE cable materials and all are vented for barometric pressure compensation. Vent is covered with a maintenance-free filter preventing particulate or water droplets from entering the transmitter.

The MEMPRO Ex C measuring instrument operates in accordance with the Pitot static principles, i.e. the level signal is proportional to the hydrostatic pressure in a measuring tube plunged into the liquid. It is used for measuring fill-levels of flammable liquids.
The device is approved for use in danger zone 0 for flammable media assigned to explosion group IIC.
The MEMPRO Ex C fill-level transmitter is used as a passive 2-pole device in intrinsically safe circuits. It converts the backpressure signal into a load independent current within a range of 4 to 20 mA.
MEMPRO level transmitters are designed for level in tank with atmospheric pressure, unclosed tank or basin.
When the level increases, the fluid rises inside the tube. The pressure of air trapped inside increases as well.
This pressure corresponds to the height of the water column outside (from the bottom tube end). The ceramic pressure sensor delivers a signal 4-20 mA equivalent to the level of fluid. This type of level transmitter is not affected with contaminated liquids or crystallizing fluids, as long as the stem is not tapped. Venting connection integrated in the top: as an option, a venting module is connected for out-gassing and encrusting liquids refreshing; it resets the air column when media temperature changes during the process. MEMPRO transmitters are suitable for aggressive liquids since the wetted parts are of PVC, PP or stainless steel for the stem and ceramic for the sensor. Different scales are available, with various ranges (set up with dipswitches).
