Bamomatic

Those flow meters are calibrated on a test bench with a precision better than ± 5 pulses /1000. Tests are carrying out at room temperature with water.
In an electromagnetic flow meter, the fluid section is in a magnetic field originated by toroidal spools. Electrodes, fitted at 90° from the fluid movement and in contact with the conductive liquid measure the generated potential. This potential is proportional to the speed flow (Faraday law) and to the flow rate if the pipe section is constant. 

Bamo BRK 60 – BRT 60, Bistable level switch

Floats and counterweights from BAMO are supplied with a magnet. They drive a Reed contact built in the ABS housing of BRT & BRK. Electric connections are on screw connectors. The switch is bistable; it stays in its new position once the float passed in front of it. The power switch is of 60 VA and it is recommended the use of a protecting relay (please see the documentation 250-01).
The BRK & BRT fit on the level guiding tube with a collar (plastic or stainless steel) that corresponds to diameters 32 mm or 63 mm. The high temperature BRT is available mostly for MAGTOP applications. Its housing is of aluminium and the unit will works up to 200°C.

Bamo BSM 501 – BSM 515

Magnetic balanced handle, actuated by a float or a counterweight, performs free voltage contact on a micro-switch.
The housing in polycarbonate is protection class IP65.
BSM switches are fitted on tubes diam.32 and 35 with a plastic cable strap and tubes diam. 50 and 63 with a stainless steel collar.

Bamo B E S, Floor leakage monitoring

As soon as there is a conductive liquid between the electrodes, the system resistance changes and switches on the alarm signal of a resistive relay, model ES5000.
With the built-in device (600 kΩ resistance) and in use with the ES5000 relay, the detection lopp is permanently monitored. The detection is fail safe with an alarm signal occurring in case of short circuit or broken circuit on the detection cable.

Bamo LISA (Liquid Intrusion Safety Alarm)

Détection d’inondation, de fuite, de présence d’eau ou d’humidité dans un environnement sensible ou particulier. Le système LISA associe un détecteur (linéaire ou ponctuel) à un relais dédié à cette application, l’ES5000.

 

Le ruban détecteur est constitué de deux fils métalliques reliés en extrémité par une résistance et isolés par un tissu absorbant. Le tissu étant chargé d’ions, le ruban peut détecter de l’eau déminéralisée ou faiblement chargée en sel.Ce ruban souple pourra se mettre en toute position et épouser toutes les formes.
Dès qu’une présence d’eau humidifie le ruban, le relais détecte le changement de résistivité et enclenche une alarme avant même l’apparition d’une quantité d’eau importante. Le relais comporte également une fonction sécurité en contrôlant la continuité de la boucle (déclenchement de l’alarme en cas de court circuit ou d’ouverture de la boucle) qui garantit à tout moment le bon fonctionnement du système de détection.

Bamo Mempro

MEMPRO level transmitters are designed for level in tank with atmospheric pressure, unclosed tank or basin.
When the level increases, the fluid rises inside the tube. The pressure of air trapped inside increases as well.
This pressure corresponds to the height of the water column outside (from the bottom tube end). The ceramic pressure sensor delivers a signal 4-20 mA equivalent to the level of fluid. This type of level transmitter is not affected with contaminated liquids or crystallizing fluids, as long as the stem is not tapped. Venting connection integrated in the top: as an option, a venting module is connected for out-gassing and encrusting liquids refreshing; it resets the air column when media temperature changes during the process. MEMPRO transmitters are suitable for aggressive liquids since the wetted parts are of PVC, PP or stainless steel for the stem and ceramic for the sensor. Different scales are available, with various ranges (set up with dipswitches).

Switches are mounted in the guiding stem; they are actuated by the magnet, built in the float, to allow 1 or2 level detections to correspond with your application.

Bamo STE, Level control with resistive probes

The difference of electrical resistance when electrodes are immerged in the conductive fluid switches a contact relay ES 2001 (please refer to documentation 530-01).

 

Each probe is made of 3 main parts:

  • The housing: in PPh with cable gland 9 mm. Protection IP 65.
  • Process connection: assures also electrical insulation between the rods, and with the tank. Material: PPh or stainless steel 316 Ti.
  • Rods: 1 to 5 according to the model. Material: stainless steel 316 L or titanium (on request). Standard lengths are 500 to 2 000 mm and should be adjusted on site.
