By means of a special drilling device a measuring site with 1/2″ ball valve can be easily set up within a few minutes.
As an alternative to the welding of the 1/2” fitting also a spot drilling collar can be used.

DS 300 displays the actual value (m³/h, m³/min) and the total consumption. A 4…20 mA output for m³/h and a pulse output for m³ are available for routing to a superior building management system (PLC).

The large measuring range of the consumption sensors enable the recordings of high consumptions (e.g. on weekdays) and the determination of leakage of a few litres/min (e.g. weekends).

Compact, this ultrasonic sensor is reliable and accurate.
It exists also in a HART protocol version. This sensor is equiped with the QUEST^+TM advanced research system. The processor allows the aspect analysis of the liquid surface to obtain a reliable level measurement.
A 4-20 mA ouput signal is easily calibrated with a magnet key. For a complex programmation, the SAP100 display unit allows the access to all parameters.
The bargraph function could be dedicated to the measurement or echo signal reception quality. 

Ratemeter Totaliser

The MEMPRO Ex C measuring instrument operates in accordance with the Pitot static principles, i.e. the level signal is proportional to the hydrostatic pressure in a measuring tube plunged into the liquid. It is used for measuring fill-levels of flammable liquids.
The device is approved for use in danger zone 0 for flammable media assigned to explosion group IIC.
The MEMPRO Ex C fill-level transmitter is used as a passive 2-pole device in intrinsically safe circuits. It converts the backpressure signal into a load independent current within a range of 4 to 20 mA.

Switches are mounted in the guide tube; they are actuated by the magnet built in the float, to allow 1 to 4 level detections within the application. 

The housing is IP65 and the cable pass through a cable gland Pg PG9. Wiring is done on a screw terminal.
On the low end of guide tube, a blocking ring allows to take off the float before to fit the tube through a small diameter.
All wetted parts are in PVC, PP or PVDF in relation with the model. 

The Series CDW Wall Mount Carbon Dioxide/Temperature Transmitter combines accurate CO₂ measurements with a passive temperature output. The Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensor continuously updates the calibration through a proprietary logic feature which limits the amount of error due to drift. The CDW series is ideal for building automation systems to help control the fresh air intake in a room.

The Series CMT Carbon Monoxide Transmitter accurately detects and transmits low concentrations of carbon monoxide inside a parking garage or loading dock. Transmitters can be ordered in wall mount or duct mount configurations. Universal current and voltage outputs are field selectable and match most common building management controllers. Optional relay and alarm buzzers are available on the wall mount models to directly connect to a warning light or exhaust fan. The Series CMT can be field calibrated using internal potentiometers. Software settings such as set points for optional relay outputs are password protected.
