Dwyer Series GWB Guided Wave Radar Transmitter for Solids

The Series GWB Guided Wave Radar Transmitter for Solids is a level transmitter providing an analog and switching output (4 to 20 mA as well as a NC SPST switch output) to provide continuous level indication of powder and bulk material. The sensor can output level indication as a continuous measurement reading through its analog output, or it can alter that information into freely adjustable switching output signals. State-of-the-art Time Domain Reflectometry technology in this transmitter makes for excellent accuracy and stability. Suppression of disturbance signals allows the GWB to measure precisely even when operating close to interfering structures. This series is available with either a rigid or flexible probe depending on the application installation required, as well as a custom probe length. One of the GWB characteristics is virtually no installation restrictions making it ideal for small tanks, tall and narrow nozzles, and various other types of processing and storage applications.

Bamo ES 2001, Resistive amplifier relay for level control

The resistive amplifier relay for level control ES 2001 works with the electrical conductivity property of the liquid, detecting the opening or closing circuit between two electrodes. A complete range of probes and rods are pecially
designed to answer to all type of applications.
The sensibility is adjusted in relation to the liquid conductivity from 1 to 150 kOhm. The hysteresis between On/Off relay switching is about 10% of sensibility; this, is, to avoid false alarms originated by smog, foam or condensation of vapours. With both timers, it is easy to adjust the level detection or level regulation even if the fluid surface is moving (small wave effect).

Dwyer Series DCT1000

Simplify your on-demand cleaning requirements with the Series DCT1000 Dust Collector Timer Controller. Relying on one timer board for on-demand and continuous cleaning applications, the DCT1000 eliminates external devices such as pressure switches, relays and timers.

Offering a universal power supply, the DCT1000 accepts 85-270 VAC/VDC at either 50 or 60 Hz for both domestic and overseas requirements. The units modular design allows for use as a continuous cleaning control or on-demand cleaning control using the optional plug-in pressure module. A 4-20 mA process output is integral to the plug-in pressure module, eliminating the need to purchase an expensive process transmitter. Mounting holes are standard to other dust collector controllers used in the industry, allowing you to use the DCT1000 for existing installations.

In addition, the DCT1000 is the same size for 6, 10 and 22 channels. One board size allows the standardization on one enclosure. Latching relays and jumper wires are eliminated for large installations requiring channel expanders. Each channel expander connected is automatically detected.

Dwyer Series BDL

The Series BDL Button Data Logger records temperatures and humidity in applications where size and cost effectiveness are key. The BDL is housed in a stainless steel case and is water resistant, making it durable in hostile environments where excessive moisture is present. The BDL is self-powered and features a USB interface. Sample rate and high/low alarms are user selectable through the Windows®-based application. The included software displays downloaded data graphically with trace and zoom functions. The logger is very small which enables it to be inserted into small items and packages. The Series BDL-K Logger Kit includes 2 buttons, 2 magnets, an interface cable, and a plastic button holder.

Dwyer HCHP Series

The Series HCHP Hydraulic Calibration Hand Pump utilizes a fully adjustable stroke control that allows for quick priming, easy pumping and fast pressure generation up to 10000 psi (700 bar). The ergonomically engineered handles provide extra comfort, while the triple filtration system ensures pump operation in spite of dirty conditions. The shatterproof reservoir and stainless steel construction guarantee leak free operation. The Series HCHP has oversized check valves to provide smooth controlled operation.

CD FA 300-2 Ex pressure dew point meter

Article no: 0699 3070

With the Atex approval for Zone 1 the established dew point measuring instruments FA 300-2 can now be used in areas of the industry as well.

FA 300-2 Ex may only be used in connection with approved Ex-rated power supplies or safety barriers or galvanic separating elements with max.:
UO = 30 V max.
IO = 100 mA max.
P0 = 1 W max.

JCT JES 301 – Heated Gas Sample Probe

The JCT model JES301 heated gas sample probe is used for the extraction and filtration of sample gases for use in continuous measurement analysis systems. The probe is available in heated and unheated versions and has a comprehensive range of sampling tubes including a specific filter tube for extremely high dust loads.
The JES 301 is characterized by extremely low-maintenance operation, fully adjustable temperature range, robustness and effective filter element.

JCT JH3F – Heated Gas Sample Hose

Heated sample hoses are used to transport the measured sample gas from the sample probe to the analysis system. The elevated temperature of the hose maintains the integrity of the sample gases without loses due to moisture drop-out or dissolution.
The hoses are manufactured using a special heating element that extends the life of the hoses and prevents “cold spots”, whilst the high quality insulation allows excellent temperature control with minimum heat loss. The hose is lightweight and flexible allowing tight bend radiuses for reduced installation time and costs.

JCP – Sample Gas Conditioning Unit

The JCP series gas conditioning units offer an autonomous sampling system for treatment of flue gases for extractive measurement systems. The units contain all the necessary components for moisture and particulate “clean-up” in a single enclosure.
The JCP series conditioning units are based on the proven JCM series range of coolers with the added benefit of the integration of sample gas pumps, condensate sensors, flow valves and particulate filters thus allowing for reduced system build time or compact and lightweight portable conditioning.
