Digital Mass Flow Controller
Program, record, analyze, and control flow rates of various gases with Series DMF Digital Mass Flow Controller. Controllers are designed with straight tube sensors with restrictor flow elements to ensure laminar gas flow for accurate and repeatable results. Series DMF are unaffected by temperature and pressure variations.
Series GFM Gas Mass Flow Meters combine a straight tube sensor with a restrictor flow element to provide high accuracy and repeatability. Flow rates are virtually unaffected by temperature and pressure variations. Actual gas flow is displayed in engineering units on a 3-1/2 digit, 90° tiltable LCD readout. Units can be used with Series GFT Flow Totalizer for applications requiring totalization. Series GFM includes a NIST traceable certificate.

L’OPTIFLUX est équipé d’un dispositif de nettoyage par racleurs incorporés permettant d’éliminer les impuretés.
Il suffit de tourner le cylindre de visualisation (système breveté) de 180°, de manière à concentrer les impuretés sur deux fentes étroites qui seront nettoyées par le fluide en circulation. Des joints toriques autolubrifiants assurent l’étanchéité entre les deux éléments et il est possible de tourner facilement le cylindre, même à pression maximum.
Series 700 Sight Flow Indicators are manufactured of quality materials and safety tested to assure long, dependable service at economical prices. The 700 Series offer threaded process connections, tube style viewing, and bodies of brass or 316 SS. Featured in the 700 is a bright red Acetal rotating impeller that is easy to view from any angle with the glass tube construction. Maintenance is simple with internal wipers, just rotate the glass tube and restore visibility without disrupting the flow.
The flowing fluid maintains in rotation the five blades rotor. Each blade has a built-in magnet, not in contact with the fluid. The magnetic field variation induces a pulsating signal with its frequency proportional to the fluid speed.
Our sensor emits a signal frequency about 38 to 45 Hz/m/s (depending of process parameters). This measurement method assures an excellent response with flow velocity (the minimal flow velocity is 0.8 m/s). The flow could be loaded up to 2% of non magnetic particles. The fluid viscosity value should be between 0.5 to 20 cSt at process temperature, otherwise a calibration on site is necessary.

The BCP48 is a meter in a DIN 48 x 48 presentation. During the design of this product, a particular attention was done to the comfort and ease of use. Double display LCD back-lighted allows the simultaneous display of:
– The current value (Upper display 7 mm high)
– Choice between the pre-selected values P1, P2, Total or auxiliary metre (lower display 4 mm high)
The modification of a parameter or a preset value, are easily done with a 4 ways index. It allows a rapid selection to the programme step desired. A processing cycle can be started or interrupted from a distance switch. Compact, universal and easy to use, the BCP 48 gives you solution for metering and dosing process.
Diaphragm is inserted between 2 flanges in the main duct. The differential pressure is transmitted to the exterior via 2 pressure ports on each diaphragm face. This pressure is proportional to the flow rate square in circulation inside of the duct. A flowmeter, mounting in derivation allow a direct reading of the flow rate. To obtain a strictly proportional to the main flow rate, a BORDA injector is insert before or after flowmeter.
This flowmeter can be replaced by a counter, allowing a totalization.
Orifices can be only delivered in stainless steel 316 L, or with pressure ports directly on steel or stainless steel. Their accuracy is 1%, diameters are from 50 and 60 mm. We supply flowmeter with special graduation for derivated measure on all existing diaphragm, only if specifications are given before graduation.
