Dwyer SFI 400 series

Series 400 Sight Flow Indicators are manufactured of quality materials and safety tested to assure long, dependable service at economical prices. The 400 Series offer threaded or ANSI flanged process connections, tube style viewing, and bodies of cast iron or 316 SS. Featured in the 400 is glass tube construction offering easy flow viewing from any angle.

Dwyer SFI 800 series

The Series SFI-800 Sight Flow Indicator is a low cost, durable rotor style flow indicator with optional Hall effect magnetic output packages fro remote flow monitoring. Both SFI-800 and SFI-801 models are constructed of clear plastic enabling 360° viewing of the rotor for easy flow indication. SFI-800 models are constructed of Polysulfone with excellent chemical compatibility, high pressure and temperature ratings, and all wetted materials are FDA/NSF ratable for potable water applications. SFI-801 models are constructed of UV stabilized Polycarbonate making them ideal for outdoor applications (materials do not meet FDA/NSF). The SFI-801 models also feature an easy view bright red impeller.

Dwyer SFI 100 – SFI 300 series

Series 100 and 300 Sight Flow Indicators are manufactured of quality materials and safety tested to assure long, dependable service at economical prices. The 100 and 300 Series offer threaded process connections, viewing windows, and bodies of brass or 316 SS. The 100 type has a single window with a rotating impeller, the 300 type has a double window with a rotating impeller, the 350 type has a double window with no moving indicator, and the 360 type has a double window with a flapper. All the types feature a removable window for easy service and replacement of wearing parts.

The Series WM Multi-Jet Water Meters are ideal for commercial and industrial applications. The multi-jet design allows simplicity and accuracy with wide flow ranges, even in low flow applications. The magnetically driven, hermetically sealed register will not leak or fog and is completely separated from the water. These water meters are designed for long service life and maintenance-free operation.

The Series WMT Multi-Jet Water Meters are ideal for commercial and industrial applications. The multi-jet design allows simplicity and accuracy with wide flow ranges, even in low flow applications. The meter is designed for long service life and relatively maintenance-free operation, even under adverse conditions. The magnetically driven, hermetically sealed register will not leak or fog and is completely separated from the water. The reed switch is activated by a magnet on the dial which is directly proportional to the flow rate. The output is perfect for remote monitoring of flow rate or flow totalization and can interface with PLC’s, counters, data loggers, and SCADA systems.

DS 300 displays the actual value (m³/h, m³/min) and the total consumption. A 4…20 mA output for m³/h and a pulse output for m³ are available for routing to a superior building management system (PLC).

The large measuring range of the consumption sensors enable the recordings of high consumptions (e.g. on weekdays) and the determination of leakage of a few litres/min (e.g. weekends).

By means of a special drilling device a measuring site with 1/2″ ball valve can be easily set up within a few minutes. As an alternative to the welding of the 1/2” fitting also a spot drilling collar can be used.
